Luminous Luxury Crafts - Return & Refund Policy

At Luminous Luxury Crafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted jewelry. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order (subject to the conditions below), we are here to help.
Return Window
- You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return request.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing.
- Returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned or refunded, unless they arrive faulty or damaged due to our error:
- Personalized and Custom-Made Items: Any item that has been customized, engraved, made to specific measurements, or created based on your unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded. This is because the item is made uniquely for you and cannot be resold. (This aligns with exceptions under consumer rights regulations, such as the EU Consumer Rights Directive for goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized).
- Earrings: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the original sealed packaging has been opened after delivery.
- Items Marked 'Final Sale': Any items explicitly marked as 'Final Sale' on the product page or at checkout are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please email us at info@luminousluxurycrafts.com or hakan@luminousluxcrafts.com within the 14-day window, providing your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Inspection and Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, or if it does not meet the conditions of this policy.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item for the inspection and refund process to be completed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during purchase.
- Please note that the original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@luminousluxurycrafts.com or hakan@luminousluxcrafts.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and include clear photographs of the faulty/damaged/incorrect item and packaging.
- If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will provide instructions for returning the item at our expense and will offer a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the eligible item for a refund (following the policy above) and placing a new order for the desired item.
